Transfer Call to Queue Voicemail Directly
We would love to see the ability to transfer an active call to a specific queue voicemail box where they can then leave a message.

In our environment, individual users are often responsible for answering calls, but voicemails need to be accessible to the entire group. Directing voicemails to a queue voicemail box ensures that no message is missed, and that team members can collectively monitor and respond in a timely manner.
Centralizing voicemails in the queue’s mailbox supports better visibility, accountability, and continuity of service. This functionality would greatly enhance the flexibility of call flow management and improve overall team responsiveness. It also would simplify our current workarounds using message-only extensions that have severe limitations for our staff.

We really need the ability to go into a user's Incoming Call Flow settings and direct voicemails they receive to a queue voicemail box. Right now, you can only send it to the user's voicemail or a message-only extension, but not the queue voicemail box itself. Please add this functionality!

We have a number of call queues based on issue severity with a 3-minute wait time to go to voicemail (which creates a ticket in our ticketing system). For a better call experience, would be helpful if they could opt (perhaps by pressing "#" or "*") to go directly to voicemail (and not wait the 3 minutes if no one available) to initiate the ticketing process. Net - While we want to answer all calls within the 3-minute time period, some callers are frustrated with that wait time and are hanging up before communicating issue.
