Allow Single Email Address for Multiple Extensions
Allowing one user with multiple phones (multiple offices at same site) to access notification emails from RingCentral would be helpful. As it stands, only one email address is allowed for each user. For those with multiple phones, it is impossible to have them receive notifications for both extensions without the use of unusual email forwarding rules or having another user manage their messages, which can be inappropriate in some settings.

should have a capability to change email address of user and sync on single email to easily manage it especially if there are testing needed to be done, yes we do have capability to do it upon creating a user but once a user has been established options to change it to the same email on file is no longer an option
