Having 1 Desk Phone with Multiple Digital Line
I want to have 1 desk phone with multiple digital lines, whereas if I press the button on my phone, it will dial out as another line than the one that's currently provisioned with my phone. I can do this before with my previous provider. Hope this feature will be implemented soon.

I am completely with this person. I raise this issue 18months ago and I can not believe in this time of technology that we are being held to one physical phone to one person. I run a small business where all our rooms are used for different things by different people at different times of the week. Take our consulting room, where patients are being seen, at other times our admin staff are in there to make and receive calls. But because of the terrible RC system, the phone is allocated to one person, rather than a room or location, or even communal by the business. and to ask anyone using this phone to first log in and then add a pin is frankly ridiculous. so unfortunately if ring central wastes any more time not moving forward with customer needs, I will be forced to look for other phone services that offer flexibility, and support small businesses with small teams. ( I simply can not tell a member of staff to work in another room - and " oh please take your phone with you and plug it in while you are in there!)

I should be able to add as many SIP compatible desk phones to a single extension as I want without having to burn up any kind of licensing. Momentum Telecom can do this. 3CX can do this. Other SIP providers can do this.
