    There doesn't seem to be any reporting on text/sms messages. I'd like to see the number of texts sent/received on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis + response rates, and other stats around texting.

    Very frequently clients ask the same questions and I have the same exact response or need to send the same link. Other text providers allow canned responses or have text templates making it easy to send texts.Right now: Our company has a canned response text message Google doc that we have to copy and paste from which takes too much time and if you're using the mobile app it's such a pain. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider. This should be a staple. I just came from Salesmsg and this was by far one of THE BEST features
