Concur with this request. Almost every modern text messaging app is using MMS or RCS as the protocol. While at it, can you please enable reactions in messages - i.e. client sends a message and you can like it or apply a thumbs up emoji to let them know you have seen it as opposed to having to send an actual message back. I believe RCS would allow this.

Updated RingCentral Video only gives you the option to PAUSE and RESUME a recording. To stop the video you have to end the meeting and go back in to do another take. Old RingCentral Meetings had the ability to STOP AND PAUSE a video recording. This feature is useful when recording a video of an interview and you want to do another take. RingCentral Meeting also gave you the ability to PIN the speaker so that the video was only of the person you wanted. Instead of RingCentral being the go to app for recording interviews our team now must use a 3rd party competitor to record interviews because of the removal of the STOP video option and the PIN speaker option.

This suggstion is over 2 years old. RCS is the standard for modern messaging apps. It's embarassing seeing clients respond to your message by liking it or using some other emoji/ reaction to acknowledge it .. while you cannot do the same for them and have to send another text. At this point it is making us consider another platform that is more modern.
