Yes! A checkbox would be nice so we can quickly add a signature (ability to leave it checked for all future messages) or remove the checkmark to not add a signature as needed.

Being in the financial services industry, this is critical! We must have the disclaimers and opt out options.

Having a signature at the end of every message is important because It clearly identifies who is contacting the member and ensures the member knows exactly who is reaching out; due to the high fraud activity members are on alert when receiving a text message from an unknown number. It helps build credibility and strengthens member relationships with reenforcing our credit unions identity with every message.

Including a signature when texting members from a financial institution’s phone number is essential for building trust and clarity. It reassures members that the message is legitimate and provides context on who is contacting them. A clear signature also improves transparency and encourages engagement, especially in an age where phishing and fraud are growing concerns.

Our signature is how our members can identify us. It allows them to have a contact with the credit union & also helps to ensure them that their information is safe. I agree 100% with everything Megan commented. This is a very important part of our branding & keeping our members safe & in the loop of things.

Really need ability to add signature to all text messages when we send them.Legally we are required to include our name and company name on all communication per real estate licensing law, much like we are required to do with emails.

I am recruiter and reaching multiple people in a day. If there is a way to make a signature line of who I am and the company I work for already in the text, that save some time for me. Plus, it will look more official like I'm not a scam

Now a days, evey text messaging app have the capabilities to add a signature line. When can we expect this from RingCentral? I don't think this is a hard task for developers to implement into both the mobile and desktop app. It's very important to implement as a sales professional, we're always adding our signature line and it's time consuming to keep typing it when it can be inserted automatically.

it would be nice to have the option to add signatures to the bottom of text messages instead of having to type out the company name everytime

I use the SMS texting all day long with my clients. I'm an Insurance Agent. I'd like to have the ability to create a Default Signature that will be sent will all my outgoing SMS text messages that I send to my clients. Having a Default Signature setting will be very helpful and time efficient when texting my clients. Without it I spend a lot of time typing a Signature at the end of each text I send out. This would not only by time efficient but also makes the text more Professional.

Users do not always know who we are, it would be helpful if we could add our name as a default to outgoing text messages
