    The branding controls requested here were part of the legacy RingCentral Meetings (RCM) webinar offering, which has since been retired. The capability now lives in our current product, RingCentral Webinar, where a host can customize the registration page — color theme, logo, and banner image — to match their brand.     As workaround now you can use "Delegates" available in "Video meeting settings". Not per meeting, but set it permanently or remove later for you personal meeting ID.

    Customers see meaningfully lower CPU and memory usage in video meetings on the RingCentral desktop app (using new desktop meetings experience), which replaced the Legacy meetings

    Additionally, for customers on older computers, we’ll be introducing a performance optimization mode in July 2026 to help provide a smoother experience. More details will follow soon.
