   People erroneously show offline if they are using a desktop phone or smartphone app. Also, there is no recognition of their work time, when you can't hope to reach them.

   This seems more like a glaring omission than anything else. The HUD is critical for everyone with a desk phone. Most don't otherwise want the PC app.
