Because we are a school, we need constant access to our prospective, current and occasionally past students who want help and need instructions. Our Online Success Staff used the "Next" button to insert the text message on the thread of each student. When this disappeared, we no longer see the thread of past conversations we had, when add the student’s name from our personal contacts. We realize we can search and see the thread after a search, but when we work with 400 students plus at SLCC Contacts and thousands of previous students it is helpful to have the original option. This way we are not sending duplicated information, or can see responses they asked for. Please re-add the feature back to best help our students and not irritate them with duplication or too much information. Thank you, Salt Lake Community College, Robin Howard
