This would be a great addition for smaller teams working within the same call queue. Like the post says, if users decline the call or are busy, it will circle back and continue ringing to the same people until the maximum caller wait time is met. This becomes distracting when you're working on something else at your desk and decline a call, just for it to keep coming back to you and ringing almost continuously. Although it defeats the purpose of the call queue in some ways, this is still a great option for smaller teams who work closely together.
