When receiving text messages to a call queue extension, customer want all members in the call queue ext will be able to receive the SMS.

Customers who have purchased expensive Video room systems with 2 displays want to have an experience where they can control on which display video and screen sharing appears.Without this requirement, the customer will see either Video on display 1 and 2 (when there is no screen sharing) or Screen-sharing on display 1 and 2 (when there is screensharing)..but not Video and Screen Sharing at the same time (when there is screen sharing).This is a key competitive gap with Zm and BlueJeans.
