I'm glad this is planned - the current shared contact list system only allows "Super Admins" to edit the contact list.
Please create some sort of centralized contact list directory so that anyone on the team can edit. Maybe different roles could have different permissions, instead of just Super Admins.this would be an evolution of this idea that was implemented:

this is hugely important to someone who uses 1 phone number as a "customer service call center" phone for all customer service agents, and to use 1 main phone number to send/receive both phone calls and SMS/MMS
That way, outbound calls and SMS/MMS all show the 1 phone number, no matter which CS agent is calling out

Ringcentral should allow a feature on the Android & iOS mobile apps that allow the use of a custom ringtone for inbound phone calls and custom notification tone for inbound SMS/MMS.This the built-in preloaded ringtones are limited, and might not grab the attention if the user is farther away from their phones, and using the default personal phone ringtone will not allow the user to differential between personal cell phone calls and Ringcentral phone calls.This would benefit anyone who uses the Ringcentral Android/iOS mobile apps on their personal phone that also has a Ringcentral phone number

manually updating via CSV is painfully tedious. There has to be some type of integration with CRM or other phone books, right?
