126 votesA meeting host can rename guests and PSTN dial-in participants, both in the waiting room and during the meeting, across the RingCentral app on desktop and mobile and on the browser. One thing to note: signed-in participants can't be renamed, since their display name comes from the company directory. See Editing participant names in a meeting.

Our company does not want any of our employees to have the ability to use this. We need the capability to disable them from turning on note taking or ai in general period. This is kind of disappointing from an administrative standpoint that this can't be controlled.
