An error occurred while saving the comment Peter commentedMost UC solutions I have worked on, cloud or on-prem, have supported this feature. It makes life much easier for the end user I they can pre-record different greetings and then choose the appropriate greeting when needed

Other systems I have worked on allow the end user to determine where the call can be overflowed to when the user is InCall and does not have call waiting enabled.
I think this is a very useful to have available.
