    This need to be done, as an admin, we should be able to stop them from having the app (puzzle) icon, the Video icon, messages icon. We don't want the user to use these features. App's is crazy because they can install what ever they want inside of your program and we have no control over it.

    Yes please, all the analytics are great in the new page, were just missing SMS info. Total/totals by user etc. Just like the calls but with the sms/text would be great.

    basically a real world option for when users leave, you normally have to forward their calls to another person but then when someone new gets hired you forget about that and create a new account, then finding the old account is a pain, and finding who is being forwarded to who is impossible right now.
