An error occurred while saving the comment Mario commentedThis has been going on for years and I was on the call with a rep for over 2 hours and she "finds" a solutions only to be put on hold indefinitely and she never came back or called me back. Support is going back to being really bad.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mario commentedThis need to be done, as an admin, we should be able to stop them from having the app (puzzle) icon, the Video icon, messages icon. We don't want the user to use these features. App's is crazy because they can install what ever they want inside of your program and we have no control over it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mario commentedYes please, all the analytics are great in the new page, were just missing SMS info. Total/totals by user etc. Just like the calls but with the sms/text would be great.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mario commentedbasically a real world option for when users leave, you normally have to forward their calls to another person but then when someone new gets hired you forget about that and create a new account, then finding the old account is a pain, and finding who is being forwarded to who is impossible right now.
