An error occurred while saving the comment Wendy commentedAssigning a delegate to a user automatically gives them access to change settings for all users without any indication to the admin. I recommend that a user should be able to identify a delegate without the ability to change all other user settings, but AT LEAST, give me a heads-up on the ramifications / dependencies of what happen when I make the change.

We would like to offer the caller the option of pressing "X" to be forwarded to a colleague who can assist during the absence of the user. Pressing 0 to return to the receptionist would be better than nothing if the option to be transferred direct is not possible.
