Custom Role Warning
Whenever we customize a role and add specific permissions, we want to know/have a warning when specific permissions are affected/added. That way, we'll know what our users can see on their portal.

Assigning a delegate to a user automatically gives them access to change settings for all users without any indication to the admin. I recommend that a user should be able to identify a delegate without the ability to change all other user settings, but AT LEAST, give me a heads-up on the ramifications / dependencies of what happen when I make the change.
