    Please, please, please add this. This would save us SO much time, that is otherwise spent making the exact same change across dozens of call queues.

    I'd like to also vote for this, seems like a major time-saver. We also have a lot of call queues which takes a significant amount of time to manually update rules for one-by-one.

    Are there any updates on this request? For those of us using Microsoft SSO, it seems like this would be valuable as a feature.
