SMS for Call Queues is coming-- as in if a text is sent to a call queue number, there will be an inbox available for one agent to respond to those SMS.
I know the core of this request is to have a shared SMS inbox where multiple people can send and receive SMS from the inbox. Our product teams are aware of this ask, but I do not have more information about if/when this segment of the ask is coming.

This new Message Store API endpoint could be similar to the Call Log "List Company Call Records" endpoint that returns all of the calls for a given account.
Or it could be similar to the Call Log "Get User Call Record(s)" endpoint that takes multiple callRecordIds, instead taking a list of multiple extension ids.

We would like to set a time limit to calls and have an alert (visual and/or audible) to the agent when that time has been exceeded. Or you could have an visual and/or audible alert every 5, 10, 15 minutes to inform the agent how long they have been on.
