   Work on integration to iMessage and RCS messaging. The limitation of the old SMS/MMS technology for cellular carriers was the reason Apple and Google both moved to these methods.
   The limitation with RingCentral and message size doesn't help a commercial business that relies on MMS for customers.

   SMS retention should be able to be purchased for unlimited time. This would increase revenue for RC in monthly storage.
