We are looking to see if RingCentral can adjust server side retention timing for voicemails, SMS, messaging, and meetings to align with our policy and reduce over retention.
Needed to comply with California Public Records ACT

This is a critical feature for companies that fall under the Public Records Act. All government agencies as well as some subsidiaries, need to be able to have these automatically deleted so we don't have to search through months/years of text for a records request.

SMS retention should be able to be purchased for unlimited time. This would increase revenue for RC in monthly storage.

This would allow us to easily resend fax correspondence, we often need this capability after 30 days which is current limit.
