Need this feature. Very necessary for managers to ensure timely communication and aknowledgement time senstive messages. Direct messages with this feature is a must... and teams feature would be helpful .

Im still waiting on this feature. Im actually considering switching sending and receiving faxes to the electronic medical record software instead of using ringcentral. For medical practices it is critical for the sender (rc user account) of the fax to be the one to receiving the fax.
