    there are supervisors that want to see certain metrics displayed on the widgets in live reports but not have their subordinates have access to see that information. Yes they can create their own but they still aren't able to share it with other supervisors.

    Phone companies are getting rid of pots lines and making it very difficult to keep them. Switching to a virtual solution, like porting the number to ring central, having this feature would be a game changer!!!!!
    Companies need this feature because not just one person administrates faxes. Please implement this into the Ring Central app the same way that the shared voicemail is.

    This should be up to the organization to decide instead of only using the system defaults. Other phones systems/ PBX's allow custom programming for repeating menu greeting and returning to the previous menu.

    This feature is very important, why not have it sync up if it's still on the analytics platform. Have it Sync or get rid of it to avoid the confusion.
