On the Polyedge phones as well. Net2phone had a VMxfer button where we just pushed that then entered the extension. Not this Crazy Transfer, blind transfer, *0, extension# then send - too many steps!!!

Capability to ring the user extension or route the call directly to the voicemail
When call was routed to the user extension, we should have the option to ring the user or route the call directly to the voicemail of the user to leave a message.

Thanks for sharing this idea! We’re excited to let you know that you can now forward all queue calls during a holiday, closure, or emergency. This feature allows you to route incoming queue calls to voicemail, an announcement, or another extension or group. You can even create a custom schedule for forwarding queue calls.

This is utter nonsense to have to do this many steps to just transfer a call direct to someone's voicemail. Please get this done ASAP
