  3. I cannot receive phone calls with this system for 2 factor login authentication. If this isn't resolved I'm going to have to go back to the landline. Every bank is now requiring 2 factor as well as many other website logins. Please support this app & resolve this problem!

  5. It would be of great help to get a receipt that a fax has been received. I get a note that says it has been sent, but no confirmation that it has been received at the other end.

Whether for Tasks or Teams, RingCentral Classic was the backbone of our company communication, but the new app is terrible.In RC Classic, far fewer clicks were required to get from one place to another (there are now two left columns in the new RingCentral app), tasks made better use of screen real estate (further explained below), and tasks could be more easily sorted, categorized, and viewed.   8. Provider was able to answer phones on his desktop if i needed to transfer a call to him in his office. Per ringcentral employee it is called "flip call" but since update no longer able to do. Providers loved this feature. per ring central IT feature is only available to use between two mobile apps which does not make sense because why would calls for the business go to an employees personal cell phone to flip call to business desktop. per my provider the feature has been in use for 2 years and stopped in march after an update

  9. No caller ID. WTHeck!!!!Nothing to indicate when one of the Team is already on a phone call.No indication of when you transfer a call that it was transferred successfully.There is absolutely no connection between the app on my computer and my telephone. It doesn't transfer over the contact you create on the computer over to the phone or Vise versa. You cant pick up a call on the computer and transfer it to the phone by picking up your phone receiver. Sucks.Unable to transfer caller directly into a team members voice mail.

  10. I have ordered 3 phone line back in March 2022 to work with our clock in software. Since then we have had issues with getting the lines registered I have been working on this issue with MITC who host our clock in software. Can we set up a time to see what is going on with the registration of the phone lines? I would like to coordinate with MITC and RingCentral to get this going. We currently have about 6 lines set up and working, just seem we are missing a step

  11. In our use case of mass texting, we would like to be able to save contact lists and then easily mass text those different groups. For example, texting members of a particular town, or students at a particular school, etc. This would not be for group messages, just mass texting. As it is right now, we need to type in names or numbers individually every time we want to send a mass text, even if it's to an identical group we've mass texted before.

If you have two screens (ex. a monitor and laptop screen) with different scaling levels (ex. 150% and 100%), then when you drag the RC Phone window between the two screens, it doesn't auto-resize itself correctly the first time.Note: Windows scaling options can be accessed by right clicking on the desktop and selecting 'Display Settings'. Then go to the 'Scale and layout' section.

  14. There are a few guest users on my team and previously they were able to start video calls but something has changed and they are no longer able to start the call. Please change it back so anyone can initiate a call with anyone on the team.

Please develop a "simple mode" for the new app with GUI very similar to the Ring Central Phone App (which is highly usable and robust).things like dialer, messages, favorites, hud need to be accessible with a single click.hotkey: please allow for a single hotkey to pickup calls, also, allow for calls auto answer.

  17. Often times it’s just quick chat that can closed when done. Having to clicking the 3 dots next to the name then navigate to Close is also cumbersome.

When my team is making outbound calls they have three direct number "call from numbers" this is causing a host of problems if employees don't remember to set their call from number to their actual direct number every time they're logging into the various Ring Central applications (i.e. Desktop App, web applications, salesforce integration or Mobile Phone application)
