Paging System Activate on After Hours call to grab Employees Attention
We have an Employee line that can be called by employees to inform Managers of their absence if they will not be in.This line rings a single phone that often goes unnoticed by our night shift due to loud machinery. We would like to be able to have our overhead paging system ring in addition to this phone during specific hours, to grab our employees attention at night.

Caller ID label
When any phone call comes through RingCentral, it would be nice to have the phone ringing say "RingCentral" because we use our personal phones as work phones, it would be great to have that distinction

call queue identification
I am needing to be able to know what call queue I am answering, even when I am away from my desk. On our old digium system. I could get a announcement when I am answering for a specific queue. I have 3 queues currently. 2 are for our wholesale companies different locations, one is for the retail side. I would like to be able to have some of our wholesale guys answering calls for both queues. A simple announcement after answering is how the digium worked. Configure Notifications for Received Text Messages, to be user specific, or to exclude numbers.
We would love to be able to configure Notifications for Received Text Messages, to not send notifications for specific numbers.As there are a few numbers that we SMS all the time. (My team members), and I do not need notifications for them.

create feature that allows you to attach video via text messages
currently the RingCentral mobile app and desktop version only allows you to attach files and photos via text messages. Would be nice to extend that to being able to attach videos.

Need ability to turn off texting capability for users.

User choice of default tab
Allow user to select default/focus tab of content. Great that recent settings allow customization of tabs and order, however odd that the one placed at the top is not also the one that gets focus when opening (unfortunately always defaults to Text for which my organization doesn't use as much).

Ability to delete call recording without deleting entire call record
We made a business decision to no longer record all of our calls and to go back and delete all previous recordings. Without this feature, we are also going to lose all of the data/records associated with those calls.

Reinstate "Mute" for teams
Occasionally there's a need to temporarily mute a team. In RC Classic, this is easy to do. In New RC, this is more difficult.Suggest reinstating the Mute All Notifications in the team menu

the outbound fax number in transmission results should show the DID of the user NOT the main number to avoid confusion on the side of the sender

Add a 'copy' option within Glip (chat) when hovering over a hyperlinked (Callto:) number.

Add the ability to remove self from a Team or group chat
Currently, you cannot remove yourself from a Team. You can close the Team but then it looks like you're just ignoring people.
