  1. Use case: People make mistakes when typing and speaking. Feature request: Add an "Unsend" button in RingCentral Messaging that pulls a message back into its draft form. The "Unsend" button should be available for ~5 seconds before disappearingValue to customers: This will make communication easier and more natural for customers, giving them time to revise and update what they say.Competitive: "Unsend" is already widely adopted in email platforms today. Other communication solution providers have started adding this feature.

When my team is making outbound calls they have three direct number "call from numbers" this is causing a host of problems if employees don't remember to set their call from number to their actual direct number every time they're logging into the various Ring Central applications (i.e. Desktop App, web applications, salesforce integration or Mobile Phone application)

  7. Provider was able to answer phones on his desktop if i needed to transfer a call to him in his office. Per ringcentral employee it is called "flip call" but since update no longer able to do. Providers loved this feature. per ring central IT feature is only available to use between two mobile apps which does not make sense because why would calls for the business go to an employees personal cell phone to flip call to business desktop. per my provider the feature has been in use for 2 years and stopped in march after an update

  11. I prefer on my desktop to have incoming calls ring in my browser & not on the desktop app. This is how it was set up at a previous company but the help chat said this is not an option. I want to keep everything open in my browser for ease of navigating when I'm on the phone.

  12. ...stations. I was hoping to add a feature that when calls are directed into the que it will also ring to that external number as well. Is this possible?. we want that all members on the group will ring simoultaneous at the same time an external number

If you have two screens (ex. a monitor and laptop screen) with different scaling levels (ex. 150% and 100%), then when you drag the RC Phone window between the two screens, it doesn't auto-resize itself correctly the first time.Note: Windows scaling options can be accessed by right clicking on the desktop and selecting 'Display Settings'. Then go to the 'Scale and layout' section.

  16. There are currently 7 default display options to display to agents answering call queueus. Phone Number, Queue Name, Caller ID, etc. It would be great if we could cusomtize what is displayed to the agent while maintinging to call queue name on the backend for reporting purposees.

  17. In my unit, we are constantly at our desks and then away taking orders, then talking with builders. Adding a keyboard command to put the app in the Not Available mode would be very beneficial

  20. please allow access to dial the number directly from the missed call email. It is not efficient the way it is currently set up. You have to write down all the missed call numbers, and then go back to Ring app dial pad to call each one.
