  4. Currently - our users follow the below workflow for signing into RingCentral Glip:

    1 - User signs into IDP
    2 - User navigates to: https://app.ringcentral.com
    3 - User selects "Sign in"
    4 - User selects "Single Sign-on"
    5 - User enters company email
    6 - RingCentral grabs user identity from IDP & signs them into app

    Ideally, I would like to skip steps 3-5 (i.e. pass the user's email as a parameter in a login request, or hit a custom tenant url which performs an automatic metadata lookup)

  5. ...to continue and allow the originating user to disconnect. Call Merge from the RC App needs to allow the merged callers to continue the call when originating user disconnects. Currently call abruptly drops when call merge originator disconnects. When the originator uses RC App Mobile, "the caller has disconnected the line" message is heard by the merged participants and call ends.   6. This is a suggested change to the "Delete Additional Local Numbers" area in the Admin Portal. Please see the attached screenshot. Is it possible for the row that has the “Can be Deleted” to be in a different color, something like light pink, so that we can find it quicker from a visual standpoint?

  9. On a desk phone, it is possible to change the settings to see what number was called if a user has multiple extensions forwarded to them. There seems to be no such feature on the mobile app. It would be quite useful if that feature can be implemented.

  13. When increasing a site's length or extension it is a permanent change. Can we please implement a change where this can be reverted if this is done in error? If not can a warning be placed prior to making this change, notifying the person changing this that this is a permanent thing and cannot be undone?

  14. While Tier 1 can help assist, it would be better if the Product could fill out the portal information to ensure less SPAM tagging. It is manual work and while we are happy the Tier 1 rep went above and beyond, it is a big time waster for something that feels like it could be automated.

  17. Allow users to be able to pay their bills or pay invoices that the auto-pay doesn't process via the portal with a credit card. Currently, you have to track someone down on the collections / AR team to take your money. I have need experienced this much pain attempting to give someone money.

  18. For supported phones like the Polycom VVX 450, we should be able to control all the buttons for all types of uses, not just Presence and park locations. We should be able to add extensions and speed dials, paging groups, etc. to keys on the phone for our users.

  19. Is it possible to save a number while on call. To be clear, saving a number from which you are currently on a call. I think it is something that can add efficiency for users to save a number while waiting for the person to pick up the call.

Scenario:Initiate a call from the desktop phone.Flip the call to the mobile app.Flip the call back to the desk phone.The mobile app no longer recognizes that there is an active call and does not offer the "switch the call to this device" option. Close and re-open the mobile app.The mobile once again recognizes that there is an active call and offers the "switch the call to this device" option. The mobile app should be updated to always recognize the active call on the extension, without the need to close and re-open it.
