Display the caller Id or site name while receiving the call from the site number after business hours
When someone is dial to the site main number after business hours then the super admin or assigned extension user is receiving this call directly but the extension user is not able to identify the caller from which site number he is receiving this call when you have multiple sites created in RingCentral.

Team Rooms with Guest Admins
I work with RingCentral App regularly. We often create groups that include many members of my domain and/or other domains. The issue is... the Team Admin must be from the creating organization. Is it possible for the creator of the Team to add Guest Admins from other organizations that can "Add People". This would be a huge help.

Firmware update: T46S to work with Plantronic Voyager UC [bluetooth]
Yealink T46S firmware used by RingCentral is an older firmware that is not compatible with our user using a Plantronics Voyager UC via Bluetooth connection.Firmware ver 66.85.0.5 is a newer version which we used to have with Vonage which perfectly works the said headset.Please test firmware for compatibility.

Don't change Region on Chrome Extension everytime it updates
Seems a bit odd, so each time RingCentral releases a update for the Chrome Extension we have to tell all our users to change their region back to UK? Seems a bit mad to default to the US, why can't it remember what the setting last was?It affects them calling external numbers, for example they can't call local numbers because the extension doesn't know how to handle the call as it thinks it's in the USA. Cheaper license for phone use only
Add a cheaper license type for digital lines assigned to a phone (not a user)Allow it to use intercom/paging and be part of a queue, but won't need meeting support or eFax This makes sense in offices where phones are shared but hotdesking isn't a good solution.

Allow spoofing of outbound caller ID after verifying ownership of spoofed number
It would be very helpful in making sales if I could make a new RingCentral system spoof the not-yet-ported or un-portable number of the customer after going through a process of proving that they own the number. Many people will not answer a call from an unfamiliar number, and this is a major sticking point for many of my clients who have otherwise good relationships with their clients.

Allow the barge feature on the mobile phone app
In a call center environment managers are made to be on the floor than behind their desks. If an individual is having a hard time on the phone, it would be ideal to help right then and there rather than running back to the desktop to barge in on a call. Cell phones are more mobile and can be carried anywhere.

Call Queue Membership Based on Day (Rules)
When a member of staff works across multiple teams and call queues, it is currently a manual task to manage call queue membership to switch between them.For example, they are manually added to a Call Queue for the Sales Team between Monday to Wednesday. They are then removed from the Sales Team Call Queue and added to a Call Queue for the Support Team between Thursday and Friday. This is because they have split their job role across two teams. Support e911 profiles for mobile/remote users to quickly change
As many users are now mobile and remote. Their e911 address needs to be updated. This becomes burdensome as users go between home and office or other, users need to manually enter their full address location every time.It would be far more efficient to have profiles saved by the user for these locations that they can select, update, create new, as they change their physical location.Even more cool would be enable geolocation to these profiles to auto update as users change location.

Preview of image pasted/added into chat
Sometimes I copy the wrong image and paste it into a chat, this could be completely irrelevant to the task, having a preview of the image before sending the message would be helpful to prevent errors.
