  1. Ability to have 2N Intercom phone call two user extensions simultaneously without delay. It works with call queue extensions that are configured with two user extensions but not when the 2N Intercom is set up to ring two separate user extensions at one time.

  2. The Auto Dial feature is not available in RingCentral in the admin portal for all Cisco ATA191. The auto dial feature is available for Polycom Obi ATA devices. We request this feature be added for the Cisco model.

  6. RingCentral app. support polycom phones for called number CNAM when the caller’s number is added on the personal contacts. Same behavior when using RingCentral app when calling the main company number.

  7. Like many in the business world, my business partners and I all have iPhones and Apple Watches. It would be very beneficial if Ring Mobil had an Apple Watch app. Currently I do not get any notifications from Ring Central on my watch. This is particularly an issue if my phone is set to silent. I would like to know of important incoming business calls even if I have set my physical phone to silient. My watch can also receive calls. When I am running or at the gym, not having an app makes me have to carry my phone…

  11. All globally parked calls should be able to be seen and managed from a single area of RingCentral. Our previous system allowed us to do this and it would show all calls with the park location and caller ID, plus any custom notes added by the user.

  12. All Users would benefit from this when they need to copy their SMS threads into a document case for recording. The app currently only will copy the visible SMS thread and will not allow anything further. It looks like it does, except when going back and making sure all is selected, it missed the rest and only got visible thread.

  16. We service our customers on a simi annual basis and we lose the history of our SMS conversations with those customers every few months (it does not show up on the desktop app/mobile app). Currently, we have to start a "new" text conversation everytime we reach out to our customers because we do not know what was said during our previous converstion with them. It is VERY helpful to be able to see ALL of the communciation that we have had with that specific customer in the past! Please fix this.

  17. As more companies move to VDI for simplicity, standardization, and security, it would be nice if RingCentral worked across all of them. I've heard there is already SOME support for Citrix and/or AWS, but AVD is rapidly gaining adoption, particularly in the financial sphere. We have tested both the desktop app and the Teams integration, and it seems like they're really close to actually working in the virtual environment. Would be happy to help test and provide feedback if you'd like to develop further for VDI.

  20. There are integration systems like Multicast Streams that require software version/MPP version to be updated to 12.0 or above. However, the phone reverts back to the default firmware and does not accept the manual firmware update. Allow phones to have default firmware version 12.0 or above.
