Audo Dial (RingDown) feature for Cisco ATA191
The Auto Dial feature is not available in RingCentral in the admin portal for all Cisco ATA191. The auto dial feature is available for Polycom Obi ATA devices. We request this feature be added for the Cisco model.

Hi Ron, if you can log into the ATA's web interface, you can use a custom dial string to create a ringdown. Below are my notes on this:
To set up a Hotline or Ringdown, use the following entry in the Dial Plan
(P0<:xxxx>)
The digit following "P" denotes the number of seconds before the extension is dialed
The digits following ":" denote the extension to dial

We use this for gate access to restricted oil terminals, connect to call box. when button s push Ata Draws dial tone and needs to "ringdown" to the control center where they can talk to them and let them in.
