To have the options to apply these configurations:1) prevent the application from prompting unprivileged users to initiate and update that they cannot apply.2) trigger the application of an update in a non-interactive manner from a privileged account such as a script run by a mobile device Management platform.

  6. Due to configuration via assisted provisioning, whenever the customer is changing the password of the phones, it just reverts back to the default password. Customer would like more customization power.

  7. When the user is on a conference call, he should be able to take another call leaving the 2 person on the conference and continue the conversation. And the user would like to be be to junp from one conference call to another.

  12. Like many in the business world, my business partners and I all have iPhones and Apple Watches. It would be very beneficial if Ring Mobil had an Apple Watch app. Currently I do not get any notifications from Ring Central on my watch. This is particularly an issue if my phone is set to silent. I would like to know of important incoming business calls even if I have set my physical phone to silient. My watch can also receive calls. When I am running or at the gym, not having an app makes me have to carry my phone…

  13. Many of our lower tier techs spend more time in calls and working on tickets than we would like, most of the time simply because they're stuck in a call and lose track of time. Having the option to enable alerts/notifications on specific users, groups, and/or call queues that would trigger and notify our techs in some way when the length of their calls reaches a set time limit (15 minutes would be ideal at their level) could very well help them stay on task and move along faster.

  15. Customer wanted to create their different business hours and after hours forwarding. But it is not working when the calls are routing to a call queue. We set up a call forward during after hours going to his direct mobile and a different call forward during business hours.The extension will automatically tagged as unavailable once the extension hits the after hours. Creating custom rule for that specific extensio will not work.

  16. have 2 company under 1 account, some users taking in calls for those 2 company's. it would be helpful if we do have a feature that would tell us if that caller is calling for company a or b.

  17. this would be useful because a lot of customers don't want to have to login to the web portal to do this. they want a button programmed on the handset that they can just push to turn on and off. Same goes for the RC PC App. if it can be done in there as well by just toggling a switch on and off. many customers would love the convenience that would bring them.

  18. Currently, Deskphone Pairing is able to be used with Yealink T54W desk phones but the ability to start conference calls disappears when it's turned on. Officially, the Yealink T54Ws aren't supported with Deskphone Pairing but we would like to see full support for this once Deskphone Pairing is fully released.

  19. Many of our customers moving from Mitel to RingCentral have noticed the absence of the various availability states they had on their old system. This allowed for easier call redirections to multiple numbers or coworkers that could be easily changed on their desk phone or computer without needing to type in the number each time. This could also have the future potential to sync with microsoft teams states.
