Please approve this feature Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on macOS devices, This feature is only available or implemented on mobile devices, we want to have the Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on macOS so that we do not need to go back and forth of the RingCentral app to enable the Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on for macOS devices.

Showing the whole contact details on the mobile app
When a contact name comes up on the screen when there's an incoming call, it scrolls across and sometimes it takes a while for the full name of the contact to". It should be better if we have a settings where the whole content of the contact name will appear on the screen instead of displays in a larger font and slowly scrolls from left to right.

Extra options on Dial-By-Name Directory for users who's 1st names fall under same key combination
We have users with names falling under the same key combination, but different 1st names; for example, Sue, Stephanie, Stephen, and Steve all have the same key combination 783.Before the DBN gets to Sue, we have to cross all these names.We would like to have an option to skip to Sue for example.

Messaging: Subfolders
Currently, you cannot add subfolders in the RingCentral app for organizing messages. Having subfolders would be great to help with organizing conversations, especially when you are a part of hundreds of teams but don't want your sidebar to be full of each individually listed folders. A multi-leveled approach would help maintain a clean UI while boosting efficiency in communicating via chat.

Every section / button / menu item needs a tool tip
Background Info -
This is the first system I've set up, and the biggest problem I encountered was the lack of information on the interface. Some sections within menus had a sentence explaining what to do or where you were and others it was barren. There is a support page, if you can find it, that on first look looks great but when I was trying to find specific help for an option I found there was a lot of information missing, not relevant or just out of date.

We have maxed out the number of monitoring groups, and need to add more due to continued growth. The limit of 100 is a hard coded value which is poor design and needs to be set be either user or RingCentral controlled variable.

Persistent Notification Dot for Missed Calls
You know that little red dot you see on your phone icon that tells you there's a missed call? Well, it would be so much better if it went away as soon as you checked your phone. Right now, you have to toggle between all your calls and just the missed ones to make it disappear. It would be awesome if just opening the phone app or clicking on the missed call could make that annoying little red dot go away.

Display the time zone of the person you are about to call
I think this would be a very useful feature as some businesses have contacts that are in different locations and time zones. This feature would help prevent calling someone outside of their work hours. Perhaps having this as a feature to enable with an additional option to not let the call go through if the recipient is outside of normal business hours.
