  1. International Toll Free Services number regulations for oubound calls or fowarding a call to another number. Currently, Mexico callers are not able to forward a call to another Mexico destination due to the regulation mandated in some carriers.

  2. The setting "Always Ring" would only ring for 6 rings/ 30 seconds. It would also be great if we have the option to have it ring indefinitely.

  3. Please enable International MMS - or even better can you please support RCS both domestically & internationally - as that is a useful feature to send high quality images. RCS would be much better and is the latest standard as far as I'm aware - would like to be able to utilize this which is becoming common across carriers for picture/video delivery.

  4. ...istening to the long message over and over again. I am a small business with a 3-minute informational message about my unique company. For people that have already heard this message, listening to it again for 3 minutes before leaving a message would get anyone angry. Having the ability to bypass that long message by hitting the # key and leaving a message is a great idea. Heck, AT&T that can't get even the simplist of things right has that feature, and you guys are much better than they are!

  5. Randomly customers will fax documents to the main numbers or our locations. Since these are not assigned to users I have these faxes go to our Admin account which I monitor. I do receive an email notification that a fax has been received; however, there is no attachment requiring me to log into the Admin account. Since I will be emailing these faxes to the appropriate person it would be helpful if there was an option to forward to email along with forward to fax.If there is a setting that allows fax attachments to these email notifications that would work…

To be able to Point Site's Custom Answering Rules to Another Site without routing it to other extensions then route it to the other site.The customer does have a question it is possible to set the answering rule under Site A then to have an option to forward the calls to Site B. The only option is to another extension, voicemail, multiple extension(call queue) etc etc.

  8. when call queue members are already engage on an active call (when call queue is already full), the call will not direct to voicemail or to a different extension but will loop back to the same queue and the RC App and the deskphone will show a new incoming call and would have the ability to pick up the calls. or if shared lines extension can be added on the call queue

  9. We are looking forward on educating our Operations team members on RC by having them complete the RingCentral university, engage voice and engage digital trainings.

    We would like to have a way of assigning the trainings to our team members and also be able to track if these trainings were completed.
    Since we will be giving a certain time period to complete them. As of rigth now, we are unable to assign them or see someone's progress on them.

  10. Call Log - simple/ detailed views are not currently showing all the pages available to jump from page 1 to the last page. It makes it difficult for users to keep clicking next arrow, until they reach to the last page (especially when the call volumes are high) Attached is the screenshot of the right bottom of the list, as it can be seen it only shows the current page number and "previous" "next" arrows.

  12. The phone is sits at a secure door and contractors or visitors use this to contact staff internally using there extensions.Right now it is using the business hours set to Auto-Receptionist but it would be great to have a separate schedule/operating hours for this phone.

RingCentral should add a custom DNC.I would like to disable my company's outbound lines from calling my companies inbound lines.It would be nice to be able to quickly remove a client from being called.I would like to be able to upload a list of phone numbers, and my entire office would not be able to dial them. Similar to DNC, just a custom list.

  18. :bulb: Can someone please suggest to RC, that when I want to forward (copy and forward) a text, say from a candidate to my teammate who has the job, I should be able to put that in the normal 4 digit extension thread, not have to send it to the 10 digit phone number thread. If you can speak to this, great, but it's an RC suggestion for their software, etc.

  20. Add ability to assign as many lines in Presence Appearance as needed to be Key Type = Primary Line on Polycom VVX411 phones to optimize phones for Sales Team. I have 12 lines on desktop phone. I'm stuck with either all 12 being primary line or if I customize in Admin Portal > User > Presence > Appearance, I'm limited to two. I desire 6 primary lines and 6 to show other extensions. I'm forced to waste the phone's ability because I can't pick the primary line.
