Option to just block internal calls and not see any directory allowing only External calls only.
I understand that in many instances, it is standard practice to restrict all external calls on a device. However, there are specific scenarios where blocking internal calls (excluding voicemail) becomes necessary. In such cases, there is a requirement to limit the device to receiving only external calls and making external calls exclusively. This setup essentially mimics the functionality of an independent individual line, akin to a home phone situated in a separate location.

Lock the users access to change their hold music tone
As a company it is a must to have one hold music. Which can be done but why give the users the ability to change it on their own. Best if this ability can be locked by the main super admin.

Full Calendar in unified app to include scheduled video meetings
We have executive assistants who schedule video meetings for our executives and they can not see future meetings past the limited time line in the unified app. A full calendar that you could search, Day, Week, Month would be extremely helpful. Or add the ability to your meetings and the meetings you set up for others in the workspace calendar.

The ability to delete attached file on senders end.
The customer would like to delete the attached file that was sent, it would be best to have the ability to delete the attached document/file sent to her via direct message.

Live Monitoring a user not a call
Instead of live monitor (listen) to a call, it would be great if you could monitor (listen) to all calls from a user instead of "dial in" to each call. The use case is, that we have coaches who listen to our calls from our users e.g. one hour. Currently they need to "dial in" in every call individuell. If the could "dial in" just in the beginning and then listen to all calls until they disconnect would save a lot of clicks and missed beginnings of conversations.

Fax prompt error show if the attachment was corrupted
Customer request if ever the attachment was corrupted they want to see a prompt that attachment needs to update or revise.

SMS bundle good for 1 year
The customer would like to have an option for sms bundle not only good for a month but also have another option good for a year. That will save time to add a bundle every month if they really know well their sms consumption

Allow Presence line call routing or forwarding back to originating extension
An administrative assistant who has a presence line on their handset, answers the presence line extension and determines that the caller should leave a message to the originating extension. There isn't a way at this moment for the call to be routed or transferred to the originating extension.

Automatically Update Presence After Computer is Locked
It would be nice for Ring Central to be able to recognize when a user has locked their computer and update their presence to "Idle" or something similar, noting that the user is briefly away from their desk. Our policy is to lock your system when not in use, so if somebody locks their system and walks away to help somebody with something, it would be nice for Ring to reflect that the user is not available/idle/away, so that they're not still receiving calls, appearing to be available. Otherwise, users have to remember to change this every time they step…

Dialed number shows as Private.
