  1. Current fax cover sheet shows the phone number the same as fax number. Specialties call the number thinking that is our phone number. It would be nice if we could edit the number so callers do not get confused.

  2. Today it is not allowed, that the admin sets CLIP and Clip no Screening.For several scenarios (e.g. POCs) it needs a quick way to set it.The process to get to this setting is very bumpy and lengthy - not user friendly.If there is a possibility, the acceptance would be increased.

  4. Call history for 30 (90) days if customer decides.
    It should be configurable per account. 7 days as default is good, but for a lot of medium and large sized customers it is too short.

  10. Especially with numbers tied to either a mobile user, call queues, and/or message-only extensions to be used to receive faxes and calls. It would be nice to be able to use it as an outbound caller ID since the number is considered as a company number.

  12. its 2024 nobody calls everything is texts, telus and rogers and every other service provides unlimited sms , seems kind of obvs, u guys r jus scamming ppl this is ridiculous, how can u call urself a phone service company and not have unlimited sms, theyve had that for over 10 years now,

  16. This feature was present in previous versions but is missing in the current release. In my job, I juggle 9+ windows on 3 screens, and the call window often gets lost behind others during calls. Keeping it on top ensures easy access while multitasking.

    Current Behavior: Mitel's device presence features allow users to see the availability of colleagues (busy, idle, etc.). However, there's limited functionality for monitoring incoming calls on another user's phone.

    Desired Behavior: Enhance device presence and call monitoring capabilities for the Mitel 6930 IP Phone to include:

  20. When assigning numbers to a TCR campaign it would be beneficial to filter out the numbers that have already been selected, greyed out, and/or connected to a campaign. This will allow us to see a shorter list of numbers that are available to be added to a registered campaign which will make it more user friendly.
