Feature Request - Grandstream Deskphones Support via Assisted Provisioning
Dear RingCentral Support Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a feature request that I believe would greatly benefit our organization and potentially many other RingCentral users.Currently, we are using Grandstream deskphones within our organization, and we have noticed that they are not fully supported by RingCentral, likely due to the fact that RingCentral does not sell this specific brand and model. However, we believe that providing support for Grandstream deskphones via Assisted Provisioning would be a valuable addition to RingCentral's compatibility.Assisted Provisioning for Grandstream deskphones would enable users to seamlessly integrate these devices into the RingCentral ecosystem, ensuring a smooth and efficient communication experience. By extending support to non-RingCentral branded devices, you would empower organizations like ours to leverage the features and benefits of RingCentral's platform while using the hardware that best suits their needs. We understand that the provisioning of non-supported devices can be a complex process, but we believe that investing in Assisted Provisioning for Grandstream deskphones would open up new possibilities for users who prefer or already utilize this equipment. We appreciate the continuous improvements and innovations that RingCentral brings to its platform, and we believe that extending support to a broader range of devices would further enhance the user experience and make RingCentral an even more versatile solution for businesses.Thank you for considering our feature request. We look forward to the possibility of seeing Grandstream deskphones supported via Assisted Provisioning in future RingCentral updates.

I'd like to second this request! Grandstream says their phones can work with Ringcentral, but the setup is time consuming and annoying. Direct integration would be MUCH appreciated!
