Add emergency location to User Phones list and add ability to export list
This would be useful to review the current user phones in the company to ensure they are set to correct location and more importantly emergency location, adding this idea after ours were wrong and got routed to wrong 911 location.

manager role should have access to multi sites set up and multi site reports without creating custom roles
it would be easy for managers to create reports and read analytics if they have access to multi sites, concern ending in creating a custom role for managers to have access to analytics reports on all sites involved

Allow people to be added to my contacts after sending me a text message with the word subscribe.
I would like people to ba able to text message me with the word "subscribe" so that they can be added to my contact list as well as giving me permission to start sending them marketing text messages.

dial by name directory 2 digits
The customer said the dial-by-name directory doesn't allow them to dial the surname of some users who have only 2 letters on their surname.
-He would prefer the surname in the dial-by-name directory.

Departmental Voicemail Box
We need a Department Voicemail Box that can be set for the Call Queue , that would enable Call Queue Members to access it thru Apps.Once the voicemail was accessed by one of the members, it will automatically be exported to the Members Inbox so that it cannot be touched anymore by other Members hence avoiding multiple callbacks to the callers.

Multi user capability within the mobile app
With our current franchise setup, we have some managers & owners that operate multiple locations. If they were able to swap between accounts within the app without having to log in/out every time, that would be great. Combining them into one user becomes more difficult in keeping caller ID's separate with both calls and SMS.

Option to remove 'Auto Answer' toggle from Ring Central Phone (desktop).

Give an option to allow an ad-hoc conference calls to continue if the host drops
Use case: RingCentral customers often receive calls from their customers that need to be warm transferred over to another department. After the warm transfer, the call needs to be conferenced so that the customer, called party, and transferred party can all talk together. Then, the original called party needs to be able to drop the call, allowing the transferred party to become the new host of the call.Problem: After a warm transfer + merge, when the original called party leaves, the call terminates for everyone. 3-way calling is not available in the R icon App when using computer
3-way calling is not available in the R icon App when using a computer. The option available is only the conferencing which you need to create unlike the 3-way calling you can add participants to a live call. The merge is only available to the mobile App and the switch to conference option is only available to the old App.

More option to choose for Ringtones
It would be great to have more options to choose from when selecting a ringtone on either mobile app or desk top app. The ones that are available right now does not sound good. Please put the regular phone ring tone.

Add remove option for MVP Licenses to process on AutoRenewal
Instead of having a customer wait until the contract renewal one should be able to mark a MVP license to not renew. This would add option for Available licenses to be marked for deletion on renewal.

Allow the Same Line to Ring on Multiple Deskphones
As the world changes, more and more people will become hybrid employees - working in the office some times and working from home at other times. The RingCentral Mobile App is not always reliable - I regularly get voicemails from missed calls when the app never rang. The desktop app is more reliable but not always easy to work with if you are not setup with a microphone and speakers. It would be most ideal if people can have a deskphone at each location.
