Remove Toggle off "Allow Incoming calls while in a meeting" for all the users in the admin portal.

Microsoft Teams connection to truly follow the calendar
To have Microsoft connection to truly follow the calendar so that when in a meeting it will auto go to a do not disturb and then back to available when out of the meeting. Another nice item would be if it follows the MS Teams so if you are on a general call (it goes red) that it would do the same.

Guest contact Management
Right now guest contacts applies to entire account, it would be great to have option to just add it to one extension. Like a toggle that can be turned on for some ext. Some user wants to put a different name or customize the contact and making it apply to all is limiting them to do that.

Search Contacts by Nickname, Custom ID or Practically Any Field
Currently in RingCentral phone app, contacts are searchable only by First Name, Last Name or Phone number. Contacts should be searchable by any populated field. We would appreciate if contacts were searchable by at least Nickname or a custom ID (example employee number or customer number), I'm sure this will be very helpful for other customers too. RC - Please implement it asap.Others - Please vote and comment. If you have raised a similar idea, please provide reference to that so that RC can merge all ideas and imeplement them.

Use 10DLC as primary when starting new text in Mobile app
When users start a new SMS message within the Mobile app, the 5 digit extension shows as the primary number and not the 10 digit. This causes missed text on the Windows app. By using the 10 digit as the primary it will have a better texting experience across platforms.

Co-recipient notification "Click Here" link to access voicemail.
Behavior: When the co-recipient receives a voicemail notification. "Click here: link to access voicemail in the admin portal is not available Desired behavior: Customer would like to have the option to customize notification by adding "click here" link for Co-recipients notification. Reason: Co-recipients are not a manager of the call queue but have access to the account which they need to see the voicemail through the service web.

Ability to archive old text strings
Often times our teams change and we have to create a new group text, it would be helpful to be able to archive the old text strings so they do not get confused with the current ones on our recent lists.

Send recorded VM with one click instead of re-recording every generic VM.
As an optometry company we have to send out generic word by word VMs to any patients that don't answer for things like contacts being picked up. It would be awesome to have a system created where I could record the generic message and save it in RC and then whenever a patient doesn't answer the phone, instead of re-recording every time, I can just push a button and it will send out the pre-recorded message. That would save a lot of time with the amount of people being called in a day.
