Add Ability For User to Access other User Mailboxes Without that Malbox Pin or pwd
HR departments have a need to access voicemail boxes when users are on vacation or leave without actually knowing the users pin or password. Sharing credentials for multiple mailboxes is not practical.

Most of the users/accounts who use our ringcentral phones are service accounts so they don't require a PIN when they want to retrieve voicemail.Is there a way that the voicemail PIN can completely be removed?
