  1. The Ring Central corporate directory is not yet available with Polyrave 30. It makes the phone less than ideal to deploy when users can't access the directory to call internal employees. It is a feature all our other poly devices support. The devices is undeployable till we have this feature

  5. Multi-site has option to change caller ID for outbound calls however for SMS, it doesn't have option to select SMS ID. It automatic to the Digital line number. It would be better to have this option to strengthen the multi-site settings distinguishing it from the main number or location. Giving us flexibility in selecting the virtual number (serving us main number) on that location as SMS ID when sending out SMS to our clients. Just so they know that's us texting them.Having separate settings such as the change of SMS ID for different location on multi-site settings would be beneficial…

  6. It would be useful if HOLD was enabled automatically when you hit the TRANSFER button on the mobile app. Right now, hitting the transfer button only brings up the directory, but the caller can still hear background noises while the user is trying to find the person to transfer the call to.

  7. There are a lot of UK mobile numbers that say "Destination disabled" when called. The numbers are not included in the list of premium numbers that can be enabled in Billing > Calling rates > Domestic rates in the Admin Portal, like 0748 numbers.The list should be updated so end users can enable the numbers when needed.

  8. This would benefit large companies / restaurant chains that need to know if restaurants or satellite offices are utilizing their physical phones. It provides Admins the ability to monitor, replace and check on offices/campus' that may not be aware their phone is offline.

  12. It's just a very basic feature and it's strange that you're not able to do it. I'm not able to past in a mobile number into the Ring Central Desktop app when texting a new number/starting a new conversation through RC text.
