48 votesAn IT admin can set meetings to start recording automatically whenever a host or moderator joins.End users can also do the same via Settings>Meetings in service.ringcentral.com. This has been available for several years and is configured in the Admin Portal under company meeting settings. See Configuring company meeting settings.New Years

Currently, all my users are logging in as one extension to be able to receive the calls, texts, voicemails, video meetings etc etc. It would be very helpful if the call queues can include all these features so all my users can log in as their own extensions and still work with customers efficiently.
