48 votesAn IT admin can set meetings to start recording automatically whenever a host or moderator joins.End users can also do the same via Settings>Meetings in service.ringcentral.com. This has been available for several years and is configured in the Admin Portal under company meeting settings. See Configuring company meeting settings.

It recorded all meetings previously. How do we get that back. No one will remember to hit the button everytime. Now all our important meetings are lost...I need the system to record every meeting, every time. Just like in RCM

Performance Reports is a legacy product and will soon pave way to next gen Business Analytics. So we are not going to add features to performance reports any more.
In Business Analytics, there is an option to buy Pro which supports 1/2 or 3 yr of retention.

I am trying to schedule reports to be sent to our admins. I have the Performance reports and they look amazing. I am just missing the SMS portion. Is there a way to show how many texts are sent by each line each day?
