Show Specific Meeting Name Rather than Personal Meeting ID in Outlook
When I am scrolling through many recordings of meetings, having them all listed with the same name is not useful. If I can find the meeting on Outlook referencing the right name for my meeting, because I put the right description in the meeting before sending out the invitation, it seems logical that the recording would be save with the unique meeting descriptor I create rather than just my name and "Personal Meeting Room."

Prompt for Client Download
Currently, when an attendee click a meeting link, the RingCentral Client is automatically downloaded every time. It is a common behavior to click the link in the meeting invite instead of going to the RC app and starting the meeting from there. This results in users having the client install file downloaded multiple times when not needed.First option would be to detect if user already has the RC Client and prevent the download from initiating. If that isn't possible the change the web landing page to prompt the user to download the client instead of forcing it.

Icons that indicate if on a call or are in a video meeting
Next level of presence seems to be taking it beyond just if someone is busy, and indicating they are in a video meeting or on a call. Sometimes depending on who I am trying to get a hold of it may be ok to ping them if in a video meeting but not on a call or vice versa.

Survey Link to preview Questions post Webinar
When creating a Survey to send out at the end of a webinar, it would be EXTREMELY helpful to have the ability to VIEW the questions in a way that is in 'real time' as to how it will be received by the attendee. Additionally, one MAJOR ISSUE is I can not see the entire survey on my screen (currently has 8 questions) and there is not way to scroll down the screen so i have to shrink my screen size to fit the survey but now it's so small, i can't read the survey. It is difficult to always have to move the video of myself floating around. It would be nice to be able to dock it with all of the other participants.

One-time Large Meeting/Webinar License
It would be great to have the option to pay for a one-time large meeting or large webinar license. Rarely does my company need to host a meeting with up to 1000 participants, but occasionally we do. Paying monthly for a license we may only use a few times a year is costly and unnecessary, so a one-time payment for one meeting at a time would be awesome. Allow language setting for Webinar Registration Page
In Canada we have both anglophone and francophone customers. When I setup a webinar, I can change the language of the email's being sent out however the registration page is defaulted to English.This is especially concerning for those Francophone users who can't read English or prefer the experience in their native tongue. That experience reflects negatively on us as a Company that services both and not Ringcentral.

Turn off incoming video
When you on a poor network conditions, it's impossible now to reduce incoming traffic, so you have to ask all people to turn off all cameras to just be able to speak/hear.I'd like to have an option to disable incoming videos to reduce my incoming traffic to hear better others.

See meetings I've scheduled on my home page
If I schedule a meeting and send out the invite, why can I not find that scheduled meeting on my home page? I should be able to access it from my own website instead of having to find the intial link I copied and sent out to guests.
