  1. With Rooms connecting being concurrent, the customer would like to restrict who has access to having the xxxxxxxxx@sip.rcv.com showing up in the invite and accepting rooms so that some groups of people do not occupy licenses needed by C-Suite.Alternatively, have the ability to reserve the connector licenses.

  2. When you are on a Ring Central meeting using the computer audio the ringer on the phone and any other notifications such as email should be silenced. During the call with others on Ring Central it is very distracting and unprofessional when everyone can hear the phone ring and hear email notifications etc.

  3. Right now when content is being shared, the speaker window is tiny in the bottom right. Other services allow the user to expand and contract the content and speaker windows. Often I want to see the speakers rather than the content (sometimes there is nothing being shared or just static pictures etc). There might be panelists in a room in the speaker window that we just can't see without the ability to expand the window. I believe this is a functionality required to be competitive in the webinar space.

  6. Teams, Zoom and Webex all support Barco Clickshare Devices, because RingCentral Rooms does not currently support the Clickshare device, users are unable to pass the clickshare around the room and reshare content.

  7. We like to start our meetings with music to put our teams up. It would be great for people who have screen sharing permission to be able to "Share their system Audio" so that they could mux in youtube/spotify/music when a meeting starts.

  9. We are new to ring central, and within the first week of starting the organization has received no more than a dozen video calls to the organization team that gets created for all licensed and enabled users. This is extremely disruptive on an organization wide or team level.I would like away to remove these options from Teams if deemed necessary or control who has access to this functionality.

  10. When connecting via ring central video, to help troubleshoot a remote laptop, i would like to be given admin rights of that remote machine to be able to perform functions without the assistance of the end user. similar to GoToMeeting's abilities.

  11. When a Calendar service becomes unauthorized, for example when an OAuth2.0 token expires, administrators are not notified. If admins were able to be notified via email, this would allow them to proactively reauthorize the calendar service. This would help avoid a situation where users enter a room expecting to be able to join meetings from a calendar.

  12. The ability to pause your screen share is extremely helpful. For instance, while your client is asking a question, you pause the share to locate the information in order to answer their question. This was something you were always able to do using RingCentral Meetings, but has been discontinued under RingCentral Video. This feature also sets you apart from most other web conference platforms.

  13. Please create an easy way to be able to stream meetings to social media like youtube.com, facebook.com and the like. Our organization like many others have public meetings and with the new normal of hybrid meeting environments allowing us to stream to social media allows for more of the public to have access to those public meetings.

  14. For users who are not on office 365 or other supported versions, we are unable to see our up coming meetings inside the RingCentral app now. Could we add a button when a meeting is setup that would automatically create an event to our personal RingCentral user. OR if you want to take it a step further allow us to add a team? This way the meeting will show in our RingCentral Calendar and we will not have to go all the way into our outlook to attend a meeting.

  15. When a user starts a video call or RCV meeting a loud ringing tone is heard. Most users find the volume too loud and then reduce the volume on their audio device. Then when the meeting starts the audio is too soft and they have to increase the volume. The suggestion is to reduce the ringing tone vole by 50% and then to increase the meeting volume by 25%.

  16. Allow an option to paste the meeting info to be at the of the email chain instead of the at bottom. Currently if the user has long email chain and schedules via the scheduler then it pastes at the bottom of the email making it hard for the receiving end to notice the meeting info.

  18. A customer has complained that the entry tones upon entering meetings are too loud and that if a user mistakenly answers their phone for a meeting and holds the phone to their ear (full scenario described below), they are then blasted with a really loud entry tone (around the 100dB region) if their phone volume is up to max.User has requested the ability to lower the volume of the entry tone to something like loud/medium/low or a sliding scale of 1 - 10 to be able to select a more "comfortable" tone for scenarios like this.Scenario reported by customer:iPhone is…

  19. Right now, I have the RingCentral app open and my status is "Available" while I'm in a RingCentral webinar as a participant. It would be great, while the app is open, to show some other status similar to a video status that automatically updates and lets my contacts know that I'm not available, but in a "video" meeting. It would be a bonus if there was an icon instead of just a red circle, so that there was more information provided to all contacts.

  20. When we schedule an RCM via RC Scheduler in Outlook, the invite is populated with a ton of information. We'd like to modify what is populated at a gloabl level. Currently, we can only make a global modification for webinars. We used to be able to make these type of adjustments when we were with Zoom. We expect that we should be able to do the same thing with RCM.We have worked with Support (Case #17054616) to no avail.
