  2. Schedule recurring meeting further in advance

    Getting a message "Your meeting request was declined.

    The end date of this series of repeating meetings is too far in the future.
    This resource can only be scheduled up to 180 days in advance.
    The end date must be before Wednesday, March 23, 2022"Wanted to be able to schedule a repeating meeting more than 180 days. Hoping that we can increase the number of days in advance to schedule a repeating meeting. Thank you.

  3. RC desktop video - align monitor numbering to match Windows

    I just replaced a monitor connected to my computer, and now in RingCentral the screen numbering has been changed, when I attempt to share a screen.

    With the laptop display and two external monitors the screen numbering in Windows (1-2-3 left-to-right) is different than how RC/Zoom does it (3-1-2 left-to-right) and makes no sense. Previous configuration with laptop and two screens had screen order as 1-2-3 in both Windows and RC/Zoom.Please implement a way to refresh the screen configuration based on windows, or provide a way to reset the numbering/identification. There does not appear to be a way to clear…

  4. Call me feature even when host hasn't joined

    Restriction: Call me Feature only works when a host is already joined. there so if someone goes to a meeting early they can’t use it.-It would be great if this option will be available, especially if the settings to join before host is already enable.

  5. Stop making the resource center window "active" when you interact with meeting window controls like mute, chat,etc

    I Use RingCentral for meetings. That is it. I've never used the Resource Center. I find it terribly annoying that the Resouce Center window pops up over the top of my other windows that I am actually using during my meetings (e.g. Chrome, Outlook, etc).... whenver I click to un-mute myself or interact with the meeting window the ResourceCenter window also pops up on top and gets in the way. Make it stop, please!

  6. Spanish in Closed Captioning Feature

    As of now, closed captioning and speech recognition technology are only optimized for American English. Requesting that Spanish be added as a part of the Closed Captioning Feature.

  7. Play announcement to say that video meeting is being recorded

    The request is to be able to play an announcement to say that the meeting is being recorded, both before someone enters the meeting and/or when the recording starts. This would be especially helpful for those who join by dialing in, as they are not able to view where it says that it is being recorded.

    Customer should be made aware of the devices compatibility and/or pop up notification will appear telling what causes them not to be able to join meetings

  13. Able to Share iPad Screen from MacBook Pro

    In Zoom, you can share your iPad screen directly from the Share button on your Macbook Pro through screen mirroring. This is highly beneficial for presenting during training rather than having to join with two devices.

  16. Move a video call to a desk call or mobile phone

    If I am on a video call, I would like to have the ability to move the call to either my desk phone or mobile phone (without having to dial back in). If am on a video call and I have to leave the office, it would be nice to be able to just transfer the call to my mobile.

  17. Webinar Invitation Data Extraction

    Our Marketing department hosts product webinars for our external customers to better understand available services. Our Sales team sends webinar registration emails to those external customers, and ask the customer to enter the sales person's name in order for them to get credit. We would like RingCentral to automatically extract then sender's email address (or other identifying data) from the registration email, so sales credits don't rely on the customer correctly entering a name.

  18. Larger font for "Join from Browser"

    When clicking on the link to join a meeting, the "join from browser" option is at the very bottom of the webpage and seems to be overshadowed by the "launch meeting" option. Some people miss it or do not see it when connecting to the meeting and would prefer to join from the browser instead of downloading the app. Would it be possible to have that option moved higher, right below the launch meeting button or maybe make the font for it bigger so it is more noticeable?

  19. Mute meeting while you accept a phone call over the computer

    When in a meeting on laptop and a call comes in on laptop, ability to mute audio on the meeting to take a call
