Ability for Hosts and Moderators to force stop a participant screenshare.
Many times during meetings, you'll have numerous participants that need to share content. However, as the meeting progresses, there can be times when an open conversation ensues about the content that was presented. Rather than everyone staring at the same slide for 10 minutes while the discussion occurs, it would be nice for the Host to have the ability to bring everyone back to video so you can see their faces during the conversation. Yes, you can simply ask the person to stop sharing, but that interrupts the meeting flow.

It would be nice to see meeting faces as bubbles similar to the iwatch layout combined with facetime format. Were the bubble gets bigger for the speaker.An option that can be turned off and switched back to multi-page view

Modify Format of Default Meeting Invite

When doing 2-Factor authentication and you select CELL phone, change prompt please to now indicate you will have SIX and not FOUR digits to enter. The recording currently says FOUR Digits but then gives you six.

Configure outbound dialing from Rooms
We have multiple Polycom Studio X50 video conferencing units, and they work great with users that are on RingCentral, but if we're invited to a vendor call, there's no way for us to dial in to WebEx or Zoom meetings. The baseline Polycom firmware has the capacity to act as a SIP subscriber, so I don't know why this function isn't available in the RC App on the controller.

Ability to add another user in ongoing RingCentral Video call
Sometimes we want to add another user in the ongoing call. A feature to enter the user name (RC id) and directly add that person can be very helpful.

Opt out of conversation in Meeting
I am forced to be in the group chat for my organization. Every time someone posts a gif or makes a comment i get a notification. Even though it is just a small red dot i need to check it every time because it might be a message to me. There is no way when not in RC to see if it is for me or just group chat.

Ability to Export Text Messages to a transcript.
Hello,We were looking at using Ring Central SMS Text Messaging as another to communicate with our customers and clients. It would be great if text message conversations were exportable to a transcript that we could export and put in their file.Thank you!

See entire class while sharing screen!
When you are sharing your screen with a classroom of students as a host, the gallery view of your students turns into a strip of about 4-5 only. There is no way to see the rest of the class until you stop sharing. In a classroom setting, this prohibits a teacher from having a discussion, as they can only see a few of their students while presenting material. It would be great (especially with dual monitors) to be able to maximize the entire gallery view with all participants on one screen and have the shared material on a second screen.

Give co-host more authority during RingCentral Video
By having the host being the only one with access to the Meeting Room function (setting up rooms, designating participants, etc.), for larger group meetings, this does not allow for an efficient distribution of work and sharing of tasks. Giving shared authority would allow the meeting hosts / co-hosts to work as more of a team on behind-the-scenes logistics, etc.

Busy Mode
When I am in a call I wish that I don´t hear the annoying ringtone when someone is calling me. All partners and end customers are contacting meBusy signal is needed asap!!

If you maintain more than one calendar have them show up in RingCentral indifferent colors.
Right now it merges all the calendars (5) into my calendar no difference in who it is for and/or option to choose a different color.

Allow participants to add their pronouns
There currently is not a good option for participants to change the way that their names display. I'd suggest that there should be an option for participants to display their pronouns (they/them, she/her, he/him, etc).

Automatically switch to do not disturb while in video meeting
I attend a large amount of video meetings each day and it would be nice if the tool will automatically put me into do not disturb when I join a meeting. Many times my phone rings during the call and I have to send it to voicemail and then manually put myself into do not disturb to prevent further interruptions.

RCV | Remove Message that you are the only person on the meeting
I think One of the issues I see is that sometimes we may want to record ourselves talking or show our screen, but there aren't other participants. In Ring Video, it continues to show this message and there is no way to remove it.It won't work for us to record a message to people with that green bar over our faces
