Better Landing Page in Safari
When you use Zoom in Safari it presents you with a download button so you can download and launch. When you use RC with Safari there is a giant splash page that says "Not Supported" with a tiny download link at the bottom. This leaves our customers with the impression that RC Video is an inferior product because it does not support Safari when in-fact all video platforms do not support Safari web experience and prompt you to download. RC app scheduling data missing
Your recent update disabled the user's ability to view and edit scheduled meetings within the RC app. Please bring this feature back. This is a huge problem for our meeting schedulers and for verifying or changing scheduled video calls.

Schedule multiple meetings for the same time
I would like to be able to schedule more than one RC Video Meeting at the same time for different audiences. We use RC for virtual interviewing and often have multiple candidates scheduled at the same time. I create these meetings from my host account and its rather frustrating that it is not possible to have multiple concurrent meetings taking place

Ability to create meeting using "Meeting Info" and meeting will be listed in the App
When customer creates meeting via "Meeting Info", the user need to save the info manually and would not be able to retrieve this info if it was not saved.The request is to have the meeting listed in the app for retrieval options.

Having recent meeting IDs in the very helpful for meetings that occur regularly. The old app had the last 5 or so meeting IDs available in the drop down, and that would be good to bring back.

Small screen image of the call when the window has been minimised
Like teams, still be able to see the person talking/screen share on a small moveable square at the bottom of your screen when you've minimised the call to check email etc

i would like to message a patient that is just entered the waiting room for a video
so the doctor is in a video with a patient at the minute and a new patient enters the waiting room, there is no way to message them to let them know he will be with them shortly. and his is causing a major for 3 weeks now. because the patients leave the waiting and call me in the office.

improve call forwarding for incoming calls
Today under call forwarding and voicemail, work hours, incoming calls you cannot ring a desk phone (or any other phone) before ringing the My Desktop & Mobile Apps. We need to be able to simply ring the desk phone then the apps if the desk phone isn't answered. Otherwise we simply have to wait to answer the phone on the desk and that is stupid.

Allow two or more attendees to present simultaneously
It would be ideal to allow two or more to present simultaneously with the use of the overlay feature. This is ideal for lets say a scientific debate where two people are presenting slides or some other material in real time. Then a third person (moderator) who let's say is in the middle of the presenters can react to what is being shown.

Non-obstructing chat window
The chat window, when open, obstructs the videos. This makes it very frsutrating to have to move it around all the time just to see the videos we use RC to see. It would be great if the chat panel opened to the side of the videos so it did not obstruct video

Allow resizing of the tiny video image of self when in full screen
When in full screen mode, the image of self is a tiny box in the upper right hand corner. In RC meetings, I am able to resize this box to make it larger so I am able to observe how the participant views me. When using RC video for telemental health appointments, it is important for our therapist to be able to observe themselves in order to monitor their own non-verbal communication--which is not possible on the existing tiny image. Using gallery view is not a sufficient work around as it is impossible to "make eye contact" with the participant…

Ring Central Desktop App should work with Outlook for Scheduling
For whatever reason RC is phasing out the Ring Central video and using the desktop app directly. This is great however, users cannot see their scheduled meeting without having connected Google or MS O365. What about On-prem users? We do not have MS accounts. Now users cannot see their scheduled meetings. This should be an easy fix as when you do schedule a meeting, the software does open Outlook to send the invite.

Notify host by email when attendees join a meeting before the host
RingCentral Video should add a feature so that the host can get an email if attendees join when the host has not yet joined.RingCentral Meetings has this feature alread. A toggle on service web allows the host to receive an email notification if participants join their meeting before them, this includes the names of the people who have joined (see attached screenshot).This notification is extremely useful to know when people have joined a meeting early, or even if someone joins on the incorrect day (see screenshot of notification attached). Revise the Side-by-side option to allow Viewing of two shared screens
Use Case: As a trainer, we have two participants sharing their screens, following training instructions. Trainer wants to watch both participants enter the information simultaneously. Had hoped that the side-by-side option allowed viewing of both shared screens simultaneously. Currently, all that can be viewed using the side-by-side option is one shared screen and the participants. As per the community support response, the only recourse is to activate multiple shared screens and toggle between the shared screens.
