When sharing a remote users' desktop, allow me to copy a file to their desktop
Allow a user to copy a file to a remote users' desktop during a sharing session. Appropriate permissions should be requested/apply, but if I am in a situation where I am providing support to a client and need to update software on their computer, this feature would make it really easy for me to update or add the necessary to get their system working again.

Allow special characters in user last name field
We would like to be able to show our pronouns next to our last name, but the field doesn't allow special characters in the name field. Please either add a new field for pronouns, that would show next to the name in the RingCentral Meetings app, or allow special characters in the last name field.

Video Preview
I would like to have the ability to preview my video image before joining/sharing with the group in a video meeting. This way one can check to make sure there is nothing embarrasing in the back ground, check your hair, or just to make sure the picture is appropriate before sharing with others.

Add Time Zone Designation for Organizer of Call
The call Organizer should be able to designate the time zone of a scheduled meeting directly on the scheduling page. Currently, the scheduling time is fixed to the organizers extension. Example: If I'm in an airport using my laptop, I can't schedule the video call to line up with my current time zone for that airport.

Shortcut Key for Enabling and Disabling Annotations
Bind a keyboard/mouse key to enable and disable annotations so the presenter will be able to transition using screen shared functions and presenting functions.

Auto Record When Host Joins
We record meetings and it's much easier if the recording automatically starts than to remember to click record button. It leaves room for human error.

Allow access to recordings without having to request from host
We record our calls and sometimes management needs access to listen to them. If the host is off or it's after hours, management won't have access to the recordings

Analytics data for RCV QOS is confusing.
Customer request: " I wanted to make a request to have an update to the analytics portal for RingCentral Video. It would be extremely helpful to see more than just the lowest Received FPS stream for a participant. Best case scenario, it would be great to be able to see the quality of each received stream throughout the entire meeting. If that’s not possible, it would still be helpful to see the number of streams, along with the highest, average, and lowest quality metrics. Invert 'Mark As Read' logic for SMS in RC app.
Our staff thinks it would be better if our sms messages were ONLY marked as read when:1) We reply to them2) We force them marked as read (by sliding on the phone or right clicking on the thread and choosing 'mark as read'This logic would make missing unreplied text messages much easier. Also, we don't need to apply this to everyone's account by default, this could be an option in the backend (called "Invert Mark As Read Logic" or something like that).Please let me know if you have any questions!

Feature request: setting timers for polling questions to automatically launch at specified intervals and/or specified times within a meeting. Jumping to unread messages
I tend to have several conversations and teams in my Message page. When I get the orange number on the Message icon indicating how many unread messages I have, I have to scroll up and down the list to look for the team/conversation with the new message (I know I can use the @ Mentions to see a list of messages directed to me, but this only works for direct mentions, not team mentions or general new messages (the black circle indicators). Set record option when scheduling meeting
it would be helpful to specify that a meeting should be recorded when scheduling the meeting so we don't have to remember before the meeting. Also if the host cannot attend video will still be recorded. Berh

Add Active Hosts Meetings Reports in RingCentral Video
With RingCentral Meetings there is Active Host Meetings Reports but there in RingCentral Video which we Migrated into, we can't find anything like that so it will be a great idea to add it on your next updates
