More like Zoom feature
Collins-mgmt: On the RingCental Meetings app, there's a little drop down menu at the bottom called "More," and when clicking that button you can access multiple features such as "put participants in the waiting room on entry." While I was conducting a meeting the other day I couldn't find this feature and we need it and were using it before. Also, I was unable to click on any participant's phone number or name in order to update the name. Is it possible to add these features to the RingCentral Video app?

Add settings to host debrief or recap call after a meeting - video or call only
You just finished hosting a meeting and you want to grab a few attendees for a quick recap call or recap video meeting. You want to end the primary meeting to stop recordings, drop those unneeded for the recap. IDEA: When you hit end meeting, you get a pop up window saying "Schedule Recap?" and a list of attendees who were in the meeting. You select the people, hit yes and maybe a "do you want a 5 min bio break first?" option. Select phone call or video call. Voila. If you hit call only, it autodials everyone you selected…

Quicker switching from internet to phone audio in RCV (Glip)
When attending a meeting from a laptop, I sometimes need to switch quickly to phone audio due to call quality issues. When I use the 'Call Me' feature, after connecting, it requires me to dial 1, but then still tells me how many participants there are before actually connecting me. Switching this connection takes over 25 seconds, which is a long time when folks are waiting to hear me speak. I would like to be able to press '1' and have it connect very quickly.

ms team link when rc is integrated
aside from getting rc meeting link and dial in number, is it possible to have an ms team link available as well ,So that Participants have choice to join the meeting either through MS Team or through Ringcentral.

Provide a record format for meetings easy to distribute as attachments to email. Many people want copies of meetings ad the easiest way to do tis is be attachments to email.

Allow host and panelists to stay connected to Webinar after meeting has been ended
After the Webinar is concluded, when you click on the "End meeting", it currently ends the meeting for everyone, including the panelists. It would be nice to have the ability to end the meeting only for the attendees and allow the panelists and host to stay connected for an after-meeting debrief, discussion, etc. This is something that other webinar-type systems do currently.

As an administrator we get ideas sent to us from end users. if the submit an idea button was just in the app not just in the meeting screen - you might be more.

Allow you to tag an individual to notify you their presence is now available.
You tag a person, so as soon as they go green/available you are alerted so you can contact them. Instead of sending messages while they are busy or away.

Send Webinar poll based on attendant Role
The request is to use the fields within the Webinar registration form to send polls based on entries within these fields. For instance, if someone registers as a "Manager" and another as a "Director", the ability to send polls specific to those titles.

Need to join an RC Video call from iPhone without downloading RC App.
We need to invite random users into a video conference for Telemedicine without requiring user to download App. Only by using browser. This works fine for laptop but not phone. These people are not computer savvy.

Spotlight Multiple Speakers
I believe Zoom now allows users to spotlight multiple speakers at the same time, which makes a conversation more engaging when you have a panel in progress. Could this feature be added to RingCentral Meetings?

Add a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker
One of the unnaturally things about video conferencing is that every is looking away, to some extent. Unless they are trained TV personalities :-)For the speaker there is no sense of eye contact and, since the order that people appear in the gallery varies, people are looking in different directions, which is also strange.I suggest adding a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker.This way, other participants can approximate eye contact while looking at the speaker, and have all the participants in view. Multiple remote meetings at once
Currently, if one user on the account is in a remote meeting, another cannot have their own separate meeting going at the same time. This makes it difficult for our staff to schedule remote meetings with clients as we have to work around each other's RingCentral meeting schedule. I would like to be able to meet with a client remotely while my coworker is working with their client in a separate remote meeting.

RingCentral Meetings Call Me feature to say "Please press option 1 to join the meeting"
When putting in a number under the Call Me option when joining audio in a RCM, there was a way for the system to say "Please press 1 to join the meeting" before joining the audio in the meeting

Buzz button
Sometimes people get into a heated discussion and it's impossible even to say 'Stop it'. It would be good for meeting Host to have a button initiating some annoying sound for all participant to stop their talking.
